Double Braid Polyurethane Inner Hose 100% Tested Chrome Brass Fittings The Xtreme series hose was developed in cooperation with expert divers to offer high performance during the diving. A team of engineers at Miflex 2 analyzed the weaknesses of the low pressure hoses currently used, coming to develop solutions that led to the birth of the Xtreme series. Xtreme hoses feature an outer nylon braid designed to resist abrasion. The patented Double Braid system also provides protection against UV rays, ensuring additional safety when aging. Contrary to traditional hoses, the nylon braid of the Xtreme hose is not fitted, but is braided directly on the hose and fixed to it by means of stainless steel or brass sockets. The result is high performance and durability in extreme situations. If you knot on the Xtreme hose, the airflow remains continuous. The Xtreme hose also achieves burst pressures of more than twice as much as the traditional hose. The nylon braid that covers it, in addition to providing excellent abrasion resistance, helps to reduce any leaks in emergency situations, thanks to the natural tendency to close the holes, which characterizes the tracing subjected to pressure. The production is entrusted to fully automatic lines designed and built internally, in the design of which great importance has been given to quality controls, which are carried out automatically on 100% of production. The most sophisticated lines come to perform more than 30 checks on each individual tube. All non-compliant products are automatically discarded from the same production line.
