The R2S Locking Base & 90 Adapter provides a 90-degree offset from the Picatinny Rail on your weapon system & Level-2 security when paired with the R2S Cleat (included). How it Works: When you press down on the R2S Release, it retracts the R2S Latch against your desired tension spring, unlocking the R2S Cleat, which is attached to whatever item(s) you’re choosing.
