I wasn't sure if it was a notebook PC or an all-in-one PC, but after searching the model number, it appears to be a notebook PC, and because it has a battery, I have determined it is a notebook PC.

I was able to confirm the power and BIOS screen operation from the dedicated keyboard.
I have not checked all keys, so they are unchecked.
