Good as new the only flaws is the sticky pockets, but managed to cleaned, dye and sealed it.
All edges, canvas, hardware are in excellent condition. This probably was stored in a drawer and from time that they did not use it the paint inside the pockets deteriorate, and became sticky.
Leather is hard as new.
