A black border features a 24-karat gold Celtic knot design, and hand-applied enamel dots make this dishwasher-safe piece something special. The ivory fine china piece features a black band around its edge with hand-enameled white dots and a repeated Celtic knot pattern in gold. An accent band of 24-karat gold encircles the rim.
