Laptop has normal wear and tear from general use over time of lifespan of laptop. Inside of the laptop is in fair condition considering age, with the keyboard and touchpad having visible wear. Also there are some scuffs/markings on the inside plastic near the top of keyboard and bottom of LCD. On the outside has normal scuffs from use in different areas. Overall the laptop is in good condition and performance is excellent despite the charging port issue and battery needing to be replaced.
Laptop was formatted and installed with the latest version of Windows 10. To get laptop formatted under SETTINGS in Windows 10 laptop is "Reset" and told to fully clean the drive of all profiles/da
