These are the first editions of the "Kuwa Jiro Masterpiece Selection 1-7" volumes, published by Asahi Sonorama between 1979 and 1981. They are considered moderately rare, being a part of the Showa retro era.
Due to age, there are stains and dirt on the fore-edge, the back of the cover, and the spine of the books (see photos). I could only include one photo, but all volumes have stains on the front and back covers, as well as along the edges of the dust jackets. There is also some dirt from handling in various places.
The top of the spine of volume 3 has a slight tear.
These books may not be suitable for collectors seeking pristine copies. However, the books themselves are in good condition and perfectly readable.
