iPad with original apple pencil together for 155

Ipad (5th gen) space gray already restarted, has minor dent in the back and small crack on the top left corner of the screen comes has to charge on charging pad without case or charge in the position it is in the picture it will make noise while charging if it isnt in the right position but this can be fixed but i got a new ipad so im not fixing it also comes with apple pencil (1st gen)has minor scratches but works perfectly and comes with an extra tip and the adapter to charge also comes with clear case.If you have any questions message me im just trying to get some money to fix my phone :)
