Very wide and long, with a larger collar compared to other models, Lustrissimo is inspired by the tabarro found in the attic of a Venetian nobleman, inside which, on a piece of fabric, the owner’s name had been embroidered, no longer visible, preceded by the term “Lustrissimo,” which means “Lord.” It closes at the front with a chain connected to two fixed studs – called “Mascheroni” – representing the head of the Lion of St. Mark in relief, or with a silk cord loop.
Exceptional fabric with an elegant personality, the finest and most refined satin made of pure virgin wool. It stands out for its unique lightness and touch, unparalleled in this genre. Produced by one of the most renowned Italian wool mills, its distinct satin weave gives it a peculiar brightness and a velvety touch. The weight per linear meter is 590/610 grams.
