The Ice cream Banana or (Blue Java) is truly something special. It's called the ice cream due to the taste of vanilla cream when ripe. It's stems and fruit have a blue hue when maturing. Extremely vigorous grower and huge yeilder. One tree will produce insane amounts of fruit more then enough for a family and freezer.
