IAPMO 2024 Uniform Plumbing Code LOOSE LEAF Copy and Binder. The loose leaf copy is still sealed in plastic brand new and clean. I am basing the "new" condition on the loose leaf copy not the binder. It came sealed inside of binder but the binder got damaged during shipping. The fourth picture shows damage to the top back cover of the binder. I am sure it could be taped and work just fine or you could just use a different binder. I put 4 pictures of the condition of the loose leaf cover on each corner and so you could see the sides. I will ship USPS mail.
