For constructing reinforced structures, HV bolts according to EN 14399-4 and EN 14399-6 washers and nuts (minimum 300HV hardness) are required. The washers are coated with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) in the factory to reduce friction during tightening. To ensure consistent joining parameters, use matching bolts, washers, and nuts from the same manufacturer. Class K1 sets are available, joined in a two-stage process. All necessary information is provided on the label for proper assembly.
