Don't know the year but....look at pictures and maybe it's like the one you have then bingo ! Sorry I don't have MORE details of vehicle details except that it's a Honda CRV.
Not sure if the battery is good but, if you have a damaged fob you could replace the outer key fob and have a great key fob as well as a couple of replacements.
Thiskey fob great to replace or repurpose it with your damaged fob. Remember that you will need to get reprogrammed/ reset for it to fully work.
