This bowser RS-3 loco has served me well, although I am selling it because it doesn’t get nearly enough use. I have all the original packaging, and the loco has only had about a half hour of run time since brand new. I have installed a brand new Tsunami2 chip from Soundtraxx, as well as a bowser dual sugarcube speaker setup, which can get super loud and clear! The loco costed me $179 brand new, and the decoder and speakers were around 115, so you save money! If you purchase before or on Friday 2/7, I will include a free piece of walthers mainline rolling stock (metal wheels and knuckle couplers!!) I am going to the post office then!
