Brand new. I only wore them for half a day when I realized they are for narrow feet. I am sure you could have them heat fitted but I think they are a little too snug for me all around. They are marked as 27-27.5. However I wouldn't recommend them for anyone over a size 9 USA Mens. I am 9.5. The only part that I find truly unbearable is the heel. These are high dollar boots with a quick lever in the back that allows the ankle to pivot making walking a breeze. You can stride steps easily and no more walking on your heels. Remarkably I can get in and out of them easier than any boot I own despite them being too small. If you desire anymore information just google them. They will fit any all mountain touring style binding. They could be unisex. The total mm length is 301 if you don't have tracked binding. I paid $600 for them less than 2 weeks ago but I am letting them go for a steal just to be rid of the reminder. I am not sure how Mercari is doing ski boot sizes but 39.5 is wrong.
