Leeds Pottery, also known as Hartley Greens & Co., is a pottery manufacturer that was formed in the 1750's south of Leeds, England. It is known for creamware, which is also referred to often as Leedsware. "It was the "most important rival" in this highly popular ware of Wedgwood. "Many pieces feature openwork made by piercings, or basketwork, which weaves strips of clay together.
The quality is beautiful. This is a very hard to find, sought after piece.
