G/Flex EPOXY QT KIT with West System 406-7 Collodial Silica 5.5oz

The G/FLEX Epoxy Quart Kit and West System 406 Colloidal Silica bundle is the perfect package for strong, waterproof and flexible bonds. The G/FLEX epoxy offers excellent adhesion to difficult materials like damp wood, as well as metals, ceramics, plastics and fiberglass. Its flexibility allows it to withstand stresses from shocks, vibrations and temperature changes. Meanwhile, the West System colloidal silica thickens the epoxy so it can be applied overhead and on vertical surfaces without runoff. With a 1:1 mix ratio, the G/FLEX epoxy has a 46 minute pot life at 72°F. It reaches an initial cure in 3-4 hours and is fully workable in 7-10 hours. The West System additive improves the strength, abrasion resistance and consistency of the epoxy for fairing applications. Together, these two components provide the versatility to permanently bond dissimilar materials in demanding situations.
