Express black & white high low racer back Dress

This striking racer back dress by Express is from Sept. 2015. Surplice top with a slit opening back. Hook and eye at the back of the neck. Size zip. 100% polyester. Stretchy knit lining. Machine wash. It originally had a different belt. I'm sending it with the ribbon belt that you see in the main photo. Showing with a few others one so you get an idea of how you can change it up. Slightly high waist. Marked size 0 but runs larger. My mannequin is a 2 and it's got a little extra room so listing as a 4. Please use measurements to insure a perfect fit. It measures 44" long down the front center, 55" down the back. Laying flat seam to seam it's 18" across under the arms, 13" under the bust, 14" at the waist, 19 1/2" at the hips. It's in very good condition. The only issue I can find is some light soiling on the edge of the hem in the back. I have not washed it so it may come out but really not anything noticeable.
