Length: shoulder to hem. Shoulder: seam to seam. Chest: underarm to underarm. Waist: across the waistline of item. Hips: across the hip line of item. Sleeves: only for 3/4 or long sleeves.
Jeans pants and shorts are measured with waist, length (outside from waist to cuff), inseam and rise.
