Purchased at Nordstrom. Have had for less than a year. Used like 4 times!
Flaw:
Selling because it gives an error. It works but then it suddenly stops and gives a reset error (as seen in the last photo). You can take it to the Dyson Repair Store in since it still is covered under warranty to get it fixed.
