L Exceptional sound quality!
I'm not normally a fan of live recordings as the sound quality is usually disappointing but this one is excellent. If you can get used to the backing vocals moving from behind you to in front for some songs then the rest of the sound is almost faultless! I've never heard a live orchestra recorded with such a lush, smooth sound. No harshness to the violins at all and excellent bass on some songs. The vocal is also full and has lots of body to it which makes a change! Downsides: The video quality is ok given the low light conditions but nothing spectacular, there's a slight sibilance to the vocal but this isn't a big problem and it's sometimes hard to pick out instruments even when they are shown on screen which is a shame. Overall though, the best sounding live Blu Ray that I've heard!
