I have never taken it out or read the book since receiving it initially. It has been stored safely in a short box and placed in a cool environment.

I am not a comic book grader but I would definitely say that this book is in M-NM condition. You may notice a small little white dot above the signature -- rest assured that is not a rip or anything. I think it was like a paper spec that got put in there with the book when it was put in the bag and board.
