This is a vintage Deco-Tel Executive boxed case rotary telephone, model 2131-B, produced in the 1970s and designed for executive desks. It comes with a type 505A wall plug that was designed to connect portable telephone sets to wall jacks developed by the Bell System in the United States. The exterior case has the appearance of dark hardwood but is molded plastic, paired with a black leatherette interior and a solid brass rotary dial.

—Measurements: 11 inches wide x 8.25 inches deep x 5 inches tall, and weighs about 8 pounds.
The telephone itself is in great condition. The top of the box shows minor vinyl peeling at one corner (shown in pictures) and light surface scratches, consistent with age and storage, but it opens and closes as expected.
