This robust, two-piece diaphragm seal is designed to endure harsh process conditions. It features 'continuous use' seals with a backing plate that safeguards the diaphragm from rupture, even if the pressure-sensing instrument fails. The pressure is maintained until the instrument is replaced. The diaphragm is detachable for maintenance and comes with optional 1/8" NPT or 1/4" NPT flushing connections to clear any clogging material. The standard diaphragm, made of AISI 316L stainless steel, is suitable for pressures above 30 psi (200 kPa), while optional Viton diaphragms cater to ranges from 30" Hg Vacuum to 100 psi (690 kPa). Other diaphragm options are available, with FKM recommended for pressures below 10 psi. It complies with ASME B40.100 and RoHS standards, is CRN registered for 316 SS, and comes with a 5-year warranty.
