CUTCO 7-5/8" Petite Chef - Dark Brown Classic Handle - #1728. Powerful yet precise. Well balanced and sharp. A classic for all great home cooks. This was just sent in and professionally sharpened by CUTCO and has not since been used- fresh and sharp blade. Made In USA. Straight-edge blade, 13 1/4" Overall. This has been used and shows typical kitchen utensil wear and tear. Has light scratches and lines on the metal blade part. Handle also shows use/wear as well, just not as noticeable. In good used shape BUT has been used. Please see all pictures. This was hard to photograph.
