Custom Printed Bag Storage & Use Policy

Subscription: $10 / month / box

Brands may use custom printed coffee bags with Temecula Coffee Roasters provided all packaging is sourced from an approved supplier and meets FDA food-contact compliance requirements.

This subscription covers storage and approved use of partner-supplied custom printed packaging within our production and fulfillment operations.

What’s Included

• Storage of approved custom printed bags at our facility

• Use of approved custom packaging during roasting and fulfillment

• Operational handling of partner-supplied packaging

• Compliance review related specifically to packaging use

Rate: $10 per box, per month
Billing: Monthly, recurring (via PayWhirl)

SKU & Order Requirements

• All products using custom printed bags must be ordered using –CUSTOM SKUs

• Standard (non-CUSTOM) SKUs may not be used with custom printed packaging

• Orders submitted without the correct –CUSTOM SKU may be delayed or rejected

Packaging Requirements

To ensure regulatory compliance and operational consistency:

• Bags must be sourced from one of our approved packaging suppliers

• All packaging must be FDA-compliant for food contact

• Packaging must be approved by our Compliance Team prior to use

• Brands are responsible for ordering, shipping, and maintaining their own packaging supply

Unapproved packaging will not be accepted or stored.

Subscription Status & Grace Period

• An active subscription is required for the storage or use of custom printed bags

• If a subscription becomes inactive (including failed or canceled payments), a 15-day grace period will apply

• If the subscription is not reinstated within the grace period, remaining stored packaging may be discarded to maintain operational and storage capacity

• Temecula Coffee Roasters is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement of packaging discarded after the grace period

Important Notes & Disclaimers

• This subscription covers storage and use only

• Temecula Coffee Roasters does not provide or manage packaging inventory

• Approval is not guaranteed and may require revisions or resubmission

• Temecula Coffee Roasters reserves the right to reject, pause use, or require removal of packaging that does not meet compliance or operational standards

• Storage fees apply to each full or partial box stored at our facility

Cancellation

• Subscription may be canceled with 30 days’ notice

• Upon cancellation, remaining packaging must be removed or will be handled in accordance with this policy

Checkout Acknowledgment (Recommended)

By subscribing, I acknowledge that:

• Custom printed bags require an active monthly subscription

• A 15-day grace period applies if my subscription becomes inactive

• Packaging may be discarded if the subscription is not reinstated within that period

• All custom printed bag orders must use –CUSTOM SKUs

Compliance Approval

Before ordering or shipping custom printed bags, brands must work directly with our Compliance Team.
