This is a box of 10 Convatec Sur-Fit Natura Moldable Wafers for ostomy wearers. It is Ref# 411804 and fits stoma sizes 33-45mm. These are 57mm wafers. These are ostomy supplies I am not personally able to wear anymore, so I'm selling my excess supplies.
I myself do have an ostomy though and I have for quite awhile, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
My house is smoke free, but pet friendly ... The supplies have been stored in a Rubbermaid container in a climate controlled area of my house. I usually ship fairly quickly (I use recycled packaging when possible) and I'm open to reasonable offers. Thanks for looking and have a great day!
