Hard to find accessory!
Silver 2nd seat adapters for the second seat. Mounting post brackets attach to the front of the stroller so you can add a second seat or a car seat adapter.
Good shape, works as it should. There are some scratches as shown in pics. Just from folding the stroller with these attached.
