This is the same unit I purchased here before.
Since it came into my possession, I haven't taken even 100 shots, so you can assume the current shutter count is the number stated by the previous owner plus about 100.
The 5D Mark II's shutter durability is 150,000 shots, so I think it's still perfectly usable.
