The Blue Sea Systems 7650 Add-A-Battery kit provides automatic battery management for boats with two battery banks. Designed for inboards and larger outboards, this 120 A system simplifies switching and charging without the need for external regulators or isolators. The included Dual Circuit Plus battery switch manages the starter and house banks independently while allowing a single ON and OFF operation for everyday use. An integrated automatic charging relay senses charging voltage and combines batteries during engine operation, so both banks receive a charge. When charging stops and voltage drops, the system isolates the batteries to help protect sensitive electronics and preserve starting power. An emergency combine feature allows both batteries to be linked for engine starting if one bank is discharged. Built for harsh marine environments, the kit features corrosion resistant, tin plated copper studs for reliable conductivity and long service life.
