Brand new, Large. Check images for measurements. Ask questions if you got em ;). It was a gift that didn't work out due to sizing and we can't return it. *Fit appears to be tight for a large, might fit more like a medium.*
Zippered cuffs, zippered front pockets, and zippered up the front. Lined on the inside with a satin type lining. There are two inside (non-zip) pockets, one on each inside front panel.
