This is one of the most comprehensive cookbooks I’ve seen; it’s full of useful information and will be a great addition to the home cook’s kitchen.
This limited edition cookbook is in excellent condition, and the only blemish happened when I was photographing it. The front page tore away from the binder rings on the bottom two spots: see last photo.
