The Azden pro-xd is a stereo wireless lav microphone kit, ideal for all talking video production work. The output of the wireless receiver is a stereo 3.5 Mm mini-phone jack. When connecting to the xlr inputs of camcorders, a 3.5 Mm mini-phone to xlr adapter cord is required, like the also stereo microphone adapter cord for pro camcorders. Utilizing digital wireless technology, the pro-xd operates in the 2.4Ghz range which is completely clear of TV and radio interference.
