The Aquametrix AS series conductivity sensor offers a choice of 316 stainless steel or graphite electrodes and Noryl shells, suitable for various industrial, power plant, or laboratory applications. With proper maintenance, it ensures drift-free performance for years. Five cell constants, ranging from 0.01 to 10, cater to water samples from pure to saline conditions. Each type features a safety stop shoulder on the cell. Integral automatic temperature compensation, standard on all types, provides compensation up to 25°C when paired with a compatible analyzer. Flow-through mounting uses a special compression fitting, allowing adjustable insertion length in 3/4 inch NPT piping or tank sides, eliminating the need to disconnect the cell cable during installation or removal for cleaning. Submersion mounting is also available, with MHMSC mounting hardware. Ball Valve ('Hot-Tap') types enable cell removal from process piping or tanks without system shutdown, available in CPVC.
