This beauty by Apple Pig Leather Art is in the color of Duke Duck. It is a very firm leather with wonderful structure to keep your inserts secure. The outside color is a bit lighter than the inside. Also, the inside pockets have some wonderful texture while the outside is more smooth. The color Duke Duck has gone through many changes from burgundy to brown to reddish. This one tends to be a bit more on the reddish side I believe.
This cover was barely used, however held inserts sitting on my shelf with other journals. The inside by the elastics picked up a little bit of color from one of the spines of an insert, however, does not change how beautiful or how useful this cover is!
