On offer is this highly decorative handmade brass and copper Middle Eastern teapot. Beautiful engravings on the body and lid. There are incised markings to the base which appear to be decorative, as well as a makers signature. Difficult to illustrate clearly in the images due to tarnishing. Given the age and lovely antique patina of this object we left it unpolished. Condition is clearly visible in the images. This would look wonderful in an 'Arts and Crafts' rustic household. The teapot stands 9.6" in height and has a width of 8.4" from handle to spout. Note: This beautiful piece is not currently water tight due to a small cut in the base, however this could be easily sealed or soldered in order to make it a functional object once again.
