The 305-4731, a 14" screw conveyor trough measuring 12ft, boasts structural steel angles along its top edge for superior strength and rigidity. NU-Weld end flanges, continuously jig-welded, ensure a snug fit and precise alignment upon installation. While typically crafted from hot-rolled steel, these troughs can also be made from stainless steel, galvanized steel, or other materials to suit specific applications. Customizations like perforated bottoms, drop bottoms, or jacketing for temperature control are available. They usually come with tite-seal covers, but other cover types are also offered. We provide trough saddles and various screw conveyor components. If needed, supporting feet are mounted at the flange joints.
