Amnesia Interactive Fiction game for IBM PC 5 1/4" disks by Thomas M. Disch 1986

Are you old enough to remember Zork or the greatness that was the Infocom empire back in the days of lore?! This is an interactive fiction game, much like the Choose Your Own Adventures books, but with the PC acting as arbitrator of your actions. This is a huge game for it's time. You CAN beat the game in 5 minutes, getting the lowest level of the story, no exploration, and the weakest score. Or you can delve deep and find out who caused your amnesia, explore 4000 unique locations of Manhattan, visit the entire Manhattan subway system, and so much more. The more you invest in the game, the the deeper the story gets. The story, by the way, is written by Thomas M. Disch as a novel-length manuscript.

The particulars: this is for the IBM PC and comes on 2 51/4" disks. As these disk are well passed their life span, I do not guarantee they will load. I will provide a backup copy of the game that I have successfully ran on DOSBox for modern computers.
