This book was very hard to obtain. It’s sold out and just seconds after it was released. It is very exclusive and very hard to find. I did my best to keep the price fair because I do not have many listings to compare it to for pricing. The last one I saw was graded at only 8.5 CGC and was selling for $275. This is not graded but I think it may be better than an 8.5. I am not a professional grader and this is a sick book, so every single copy had very slight imperfections in the upper and lower left corners. This book has very very small imperfections in those two corners, but otherwise is mint. And even with the very small imperfections, it is still in better condition than the 8.5 graded copy that I saw.
