White on white - Hook-and-loop (Velcro) closure straps.
Synthetic leather upper. Marking olay because they are white toddler shoes. Possibly minor discolorations. Bottoms slightly discolored and inside sole has no markings. Buuut TONS of life left - I do think these look great for preloved shoes. Velcro is still in great shape and fully sticky and functional! Please review ALL photos.
