The 37-1101-30iSW is a complete Adflo Powered Air Purifying Respirator with Speedglas 9100MP Welding Helmet. The system provides High Efficiency particulate respiratory protection system for welders with hard hat protection, ergonomic design, adjustable head suspension. Flip front welding shield allows for a clear, wide view protective visor for grinding and setup. Kit contains lithium ion battery, high efficiency particulate filter and wide leather belt. The 3M Adflo PAPR has a high efficiency particulate filter that can be “stacked” onto an optional 3M Adflo Cartridge (not included) for additional protection against OV/SD/CL/HC vapors. Audible and visual alarms signal low airflow and low battery charge.
- PAPR includes a blower unit, breathing tube, flow indicator, spark arrestor, belt, filters, filter cover, lithium ion battery, and a charger
- Hard hat, welding shield and clear 8" x 4.25" faceshield protect the face and eyes from splatter, sparks and arcs
- Wide, clear faceshield and Shade 5 side windows create better viewing area and peripheral vision
- Selectable Shades 5, 8-13 and Shade 3 light state
- Applications include assembly, facility maintenance, grinding, machine operations, sanding and welding
