More breathability means less rash. Pouches can be removed easily for quick changes. So you can change the pouch, not the whole pair of pants.
12 small cloth inserts- gDiapers Cloth inserts are trim and absorbent washable cloth inserts. Use inside colorful diaper covers called gPants. Cloth Inserts are made from 4 layers of thirsty fabrics. 2 layers of baby-soft microfleece draw moisture away from baby’s skin and 2 layers of hemp/cotton trap the wetness, so baby stays dry.
please note: we were able to use the small inserts just fine with the Medium cover.
All have been lovingly used for both my girls and were laundered and sunned dry. No scents or chemical used ever! Some of the velcro isn't as adhesive on a few of the gpants but still function.
