• Generative design-assisted lower leg arch shape increases torsional stiffness by 20%, while reducing overall material
• Additional 30mm bushing overlap than the prior model 36, reduces chassis friction, increasing stiffness and boosting performance
• New compliant FLOAT EVOL air spring design allows for a slight misalignment under load, reducing chassis friction noticeably
• Lower leg bypass channels were relocated 90° inboard to a lower stress area, reducing dynamic friction under bending forces
• Double-butted stanchion (on damper side) shaves weight, helping us achieve goal of zero weight increase
