Stylish light pink vintage hat with polka dot tulle and two bows at each side. Two matching hat pins.
Inside is a mesh material.
The hat has two metal hooks at each side and comes with two matching hat pins for stability
I pulled down the hat on myself and just barely fit in the inner hat but enough to stay. I did not attend to use hat pins.
My head measures 22 inches around and the inner hat measures 20.
Very good condition except the inside looks like it has paint. See last picture
