This Dell inspiron 15 Laptop Is Touch Screen With Windows 8 I Tried To Install Windows 10 But Keep Saying Error Or Sometimes It Would Not Finish The Installation Process But I tried To Restore Windows 8 Thru The Bios Menu But Can't Figure Out .... But The Laptop Only Powers On And Stays On With The Original Charger I Have For It Or You Can Replace The Battery Not Sure But It Also Has A DVD Burner And Other Things But If You Know About Laptops I'm Open To Offers As Well I Got A Copy Of Windows 10 I Can Throw In If That May Help ....
