10K Rose Gold Pear Shape Ruby Gemstone and Diamond Pendant Solid Gold

Set securely in the center of this pendant is a good size ruby gemstone. I do believe that the ruby is natural but heat treated for color. It is set with three prongs and is in good condition with no chips or scratches. The stone is surrounded by a milgrain detailing as well as a line of natural diamonds above it and one small one below it. There is also one slightly larger diamond bezel set in the bail. The diamond bail is connected to a small ring which allows the gemstone section to swing freely. The total diamond weight is approximately 0.10ct twt. This pendant measures 1" from top to bottom and just over 3/8" from side to size. The setting is solid rose gold and is stamped 10K. It is a very well made piece that weighs 1.6 grams. It would look great with either a rose gold or white gold chain (not provided) Brand new never worn and ready for gift giving.
